Man Shot By Woman During Confrontation; Two Officers Hurt in Squad Car Crash; Shooting Victim Uncooperative
Milwaukee police are investigating three incidents - two shooting and one crash - overnight.

MILWAUKEE -- A 48-year-old man was reportedly shot by a 41-year-old woman during a fight early Friday.
Police responded just after 1 a.m. Friday in the 1900 block of S. 11th St. in Milwaukee on a report of a shooting.
When police arrived, they found the man had been shot and injured by the female. At some point during the confrontation, the female shot the male. The shooting victim was conveyed to a local hospital and is being treated for a non-life threatening injury. The female remained on the scene and the investigation is ongoing.

Milwaukee Police responded to a shooting that happened in the 4200 block of W. North Ave around 2:10 a.m. on August 5. The circumstances surrounding this shooting are still being investigated. The adult male victim is not being forthcoming with information at this point. He was conveyed to a local hospital by an unknown person and is expected to survive the gunshot injury. The investigation is ongoing.
Officers Suffer Minor Injuries in August 4 Northwest Side Crash
Two Milwaukee Police Department were involved in a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of N. 35th Street and W. Thurston Avenue around 10:40 p.m. on August 4.
The initial investigation reveals the squad car, which was being operated by a 29-year-old male officer and occupied by a 22-year-old female officer, was traveling southbound on N. 35th Street when a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old female, made a left turn in front of the squad car.
The squad car collided with the civilian’s vehicle and caused a significant amount of damage. Both officers were conveyed to a local hospital where they were treated for minor injuries.
Occupants from the other vehicle were also conveyed to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
