Man Turns Himself In After Shooting And Killing Female Relative
A 35-year-old woman is dead, and the family member who reportedly shot and killed her turned himself into police late Saturday night.
MILWAUKEE, WI — A 35-year-old woman is dead, and the family member who reportedly shot and killed her turned himself into police late Saturday night.
According to Milwaukee police, officers responded to a shooting call just after 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of N. Palmer St.
According to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report, the woman, 35-year-old Shakira Hicks, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 30-year-old man who shot her turned himself in for the shooting. Milwaukee police will forward their charge recommendations to the District Attorney's office in the coming days. The shooter is reportedly being detained in the Milwaukee County Jail.
