MOD GEN Moving to Milwaukee's 3rd Ward
Longtime Shorewood store aims to capture more foot traffic in new location.
After spending nearly 15 years in Shorewood, MOD GEN is moving south into Milwaukee's 3rd Ward neighborhood.
The Milwaukee Business Journal is reporting that MOD GEN will open in a 2,500 sq. ft. space at 211 N. Broadway.
"Although it will be sad to say goodbye to our current home, we are very excited about the opportunities our new space will offer," the company posted on its Facebook page on April 6. "We are so fortunate to have found a location with great light and old world features that blend beautifully with our eclectic style."
General manager Douglas McDonald told the Business Journal that MOD GEN will capture more foot traffic in its future location in Milwaukee's 3rd Ward.
Their Shorewood location is planned to stay open through May 29.
