Several Vehicle Break-Ins Reported Over Weekend
Police in Shorewood say several vehicles were broken into overnight during the weekend. Here's where they happened:

SHOREWOOD, WI -- Police in Shorewood say several vehicles were broken into overnight during the weekend, and are urging members of the public to lock their doors to prevent similar break-ins from happening in the future.
Police say that all of the vehicles that were broken into were unlocked. In one report, a purse containing credit cards was taken and the credit cards were used fraudulently, police say.
Police say the reported vehicle break-ins happened in the following locations:

- 2300 block of Beverly
- 2600 block of Beverly
- 4000 block of Stowell
- 4100 block of Murray
- 4500 block of Sheffield
- 4600 block of Ardmore
- 4300 block of Woodburn
- 3800 block of Morris
Other entry to vehicles also occurred in Whitefish Bay.
Police are urging members of the public to lock their vehicles, though if you choose to leave your vehicle unlocked, to remove any valuable property from within. This includes spare keys and remote garage door openers.
