Shorewood Armed Robbery Suspect Still At Large: Report

SHOREWOOD, WI — Authorities in Shorewood are still on the lookout for an armed robbery suspect.
According to police, at just before 9 p.m. on Friday, July 26, a Shorewood man was the victim of an armed robbery in the parking garage adjacent to Walgreen's, 4035 N. Oakland Ave.
Police say the victim walked out of the store and got into his vehicle, only to have the suspect approach the car and open the door.

The suspect demanded the victim's wallet, stating that he had a gun, police said. The victim got out of the car to retrieve his wallet, at which point the suspect got into the vehicle and drove away.
Authorities say the vehicle was last seen heading south on Bartlett towards Capitol Drive.

No gun was displayed by the suspect, and there were no injuries reported, police said.
Police are searching for a gray 2006 Toyota Corolla sedan.
