Shorewood Man With Gun Arrested Near School: Police
Police say a 44-year-old Shorewood man was acting "erratically" with a gun before barricading himself inside his apartment.
SHOREWOOD, WI — A 44-year-old Shorewood man has been arrested after police say he was acting "erratically" with a gun near the Atwater Elementary School.
According to a Journal Sentinel report, police responded to the man's apartment on the 3900 block of Maryland Ave. just before 4 a.m. Wednesday on a report of a man with a gun.
According to reports, he barricaded himself in his apartment until multiple law enforcement agencies convinced the man to safely exit his apartment. He was arrested just after 7 a.m.
