Shorewood Overnight Parking Restrictions Lifted For Holidays

The Police Department has temporarily suspended Shorewood's overnight parking restrictions, which ordinarily require registration.

SHOREWOOD, WI — Shorewood residents and their guests have additional parking flexibility through Jan. 2, 2018, according to the Shorewood police department.

The Police Department has temporarily suspended Shorewood's overnight parking restrictions, which ordinarily require registration with the police department for permission to park overnight.

Overnight parking restrictions are back in place on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018 from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. Anyone in need of overnight parking permission on Jan. 3, 2018, will need to submit their request online prior to 1 a.m. that morning, officials said.

Overnight parking permission can only be obtained online at
https://duncan.imageenforcement.com/shorewoodpermitsite or through the link for overnight parking permission found on the Village website at www.villageofshorewood.org.

While the overnight parking restrictions are lifted, Shorewood police would like to remind overnight street-parkers that they are still required to follow winter parking restriction zones, loading zones, fire lanes, and others.
