Shorewood Police Seek Leads In Armed Robbery

Police in Shorewood say a local man was robbed of his wallet after two men, one armed with a screwdriver, approached him in a back alley.

SHOREWOOD, WI — Authorities in Shorewood are investigating an armed robbery over the weekend in which a man was held in a back alley.

According to Shorewood police, on Jan. 14, just before 11 p.m. officers responded to an armed robbery in the alleyway of the 1400 Block of E Capitol Drive.

Police say that two suspects, one of them armed with a screwdriver, robbed a man of his wallet. The suspects then fled from the scene in a dark colored vehicle and were not located.

There were no injuries as a result of this incident, and police are continuing their investigation.
