CYGA's
tri-athlete yoga instructor Cindi Doctor will lead teens in a class designed
with the teen athlete in mind, but is perfect for anyone to enjoy. Tightness in
the hips, quads and hamstrings are common for teen athletes, we will focus on
stretching the hamstrings, calves and hips, as well as other muscles in the body.
Come to this yoga class after your workout to stretch and lengthen all of the
muscles you have fatigued during your workout. This yoga class will help you
prevent injury + will allow you to create long lean muscle mass while focusing
on CYGA's weekly fourcore® focus:
