The Sun Will Come Up Tomorrow
The vast majority of our society are easily conditioned to accept what they perceive is in their best interest. Have they been misled?
Along with many others, I have posted articles that I believe are important. We are not, those that forward debate, in agreement, and that in itself is unimportant. That we have debate to establish what is important is at issue ... and the forum for that debate seems to be losing viability.
The Patch was one of a few outlets that might have allowed healthy debate to flush out issues, but it is quickly losing traction.
Media outlets are no longer objective. Each has positioned themselves left or right. As a result, the majority that depend on the wisdom of others to help them decide what is best will be suffering the result of the loudest platform without regard for whether or not their best interest is truly being forwarded.

I contend that the general public would benefit from conservative policies. Those that disagree suggest that liberal policies are the answer. Liberals believe the general public requires intervention that resolves inequity. I contend that Liberal policies protect a very few and punish individual success.
The sun will come out tomorrow ... it is indifferent our debate. Will society suffer due to the loss of healthy debate? We have so many issues ... and I regret we lack the forum that might help the majority realize where they should position there support.
