Dear Gregg,
For nearly 3 years many of us here contributed content and eyeball counts, as Bloggers and Commenters, sans compensation, so that you guys could pull paychecks. At least have the common decency to let us have our fun in a place AOL has essentially abandoned (instead of shutting down and preserving at least a partially respectable legacy) in its pursuit of a better balance sheet.
If you're concerned about the criticism some of your colleagues are receiving, have them step up their game. They shouldn't be putting out sub-par content and begging us to do their jobs for them.
