Three Dead in Two Shootings, Stabbing Early Tuesday

Police are looking for suspects and possible motives after two shootings and a stabbing leave three dead by daybreak Tuesday.

MILWAUKEE -- Three people are dead after two shootings Tuesday were reported this morning.

MPD Investigating August 9 West Side Homicide

Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that happened in the 2600 block of N. 50th Street around 7:45 a.m. on August 9. An adult male was shot during circumstances that remain under investigation. The victim was transported to a local hospital by a family member and was pronounced dead. Police investigation is ongoing as officers continue to seek a motive and search for suspects.

Two Killed in August 9 Northwest Side Homicide

Milwaukee Police are currently investigating a double homicide that happened in the 4400 block of N. 36th Street around 3:30 a.m. on August 9. An adult male was shot during circumstances that remain under investigation. He died at the scene. Another adult male was stabbed and transported to a local hospital by an unknown person and died at the hospital. It’s believed at this time that the homicides are related and occurred at the same location. Milwaukee Police investigation is in the very early stages and officers continue to seek a motive and search for suspects.
