Two Shorewood Home Burglaries This Week

Shorewood police are asking residents to be observant and vigilant after two reported home burglaries this week.

SHOREWOOD -- Shorewood police are asking residents to be observant and vigilant after two reported home burglaries this week.

A burglary occurred to an unoccupied home on the 4200 block of Larkin St. on Tuesday, 12/20 between 12:45pm and 12:53pm.

Entry was made by forcing a rear door open. A neighboring home was burglarized on Dec. 16 sometime between 7:35am and 5:45pm. Entry was made to this home in the same manner.

Burglaries are more common during the holiday season. Please be alert for any suspicious vehicles / persons and report this to the police department immediately. If you see something, say something.
