Vehicle Break-In Reported On N. Oakland Ave.: Police
There was no damage to the vehicle, police said, however the vehicle was rummaged through.

SHOREWOOD, WI — Police in Shorewood say they took a report of a vehicle break-in in which a suspect broke into a locked car that was parked on the street.
According to Shorewood Police call logs, a resident on the 4400 block of N. Cramer Street contacted police at about noon on July 20 to report a vehicle break-in.
Shorewood Police told Patch that sometime between 7 p.m. on July 18 and noon on July 20, someone entered a locked Toyota Highlander that was parked on the 4000 block of N. Oakland Ave.

There was no damage to the vehicle, police said, however the vehicle was rummaged through. The vehicle owner reported that nothing of value was kept inside the vehicle, and that they only wanted to report the incident for their records.
