Maybe that title is asking the wrong question. You're probably really wondering who Leo is, not where. Not a lot of people know that we have an unofficial library mascot here at Shorewood Library. Leo is a rainbow caterpillar who came to us one day in need of a home. We've kept him around because he fit in pretty well. Every summer, we let Leo out for an adventure around the Village, which we record with photos. It's then up to you to guess where Leo is in our online game.
This summer, Leo is digging our Shorewood parks. Even though Shorewood is pretty small, we're lucky to have quite a number of great parks. It's part of why we are both a designated Tree City USA and a Bird City Wisconsin!
So have you seen Leo? Each Monday we post a new picture of Leo around town and then you get to figure out which park he is in. You can see the picture on our website here - where you can also submit your guess about where he might be. Guess correctly and you could be selected to win a prize!
We'll also post the link to the entry form, and sometimes the picture of Leo, to our Facebook and Twitter pages. Just be sure not to put your guess in a comment! Only entries that come in via the entry form will be accepted.
