• Obituary: William David Calkins (doorcountypulse.com) — Longtime Door County resident William "Bill" Calkins, an active member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and a familiar face at Yachtworks marina in Sister Bay, has died at 79. Friends and neighbors are invited to honor his legacy through donations to St. Luke's, with details on a future celebration of life and ash scattering on Lake Michigan to come.
