• Fire at Quad Graphics facility in Sussex, Wisconsin takes hour to extinguish (nipimpressions.com subscription) — A fire inside a large paper-processing machine at Quad Graphics' Sussex plant drew a major response from the Sussex Fire Department and neighboring departments but caused no injuries or structural damage. Crews used about 15,000 gallons of water and foam to extinguish the blaze in just over an hour, and the cause remains under investigation.
