Apologetics Author and Professor Dr. Angus Menuge to lecture at Peace Lutheran Church

International scholar Dr. Angus Menuge, Professor of Philosophy, Concordia University Wisconsin will present “The Role of Apologetics in Catechesis and Evangelism” at Peace Lutheran Church and Academy, W240 N6145 Maple Avenue, Sussex on March 15 at 5:30 pm. Menuge’s lecture seeks to answer questions concerning the relationship between faith and apologetics. He will discuss what role arguments from modern science or from historic research play in repentance and faith, especially considering the Holy Spirit’s role in conversion. The lecture is part of the To Everyone an Answer series which seeks to address contemporary issues of the Christian faith and is held annually at Peace.

The lecture is suitable for all ages. Peace serves a chili and soup supper, beginning at 5:30 pm. Childcare will be available.
