Wisconsin deserves full disclosure on the state budget from the Governor
Since Mr. Walker promised to balance the budget using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, every taxpayer should hold him accountable to these standards.

One of the pillars of Governor Walkers recall election will undoubtedly be his much-touted efforts to balance the state budget.
As the Journal Sentinel reports today, the Walker administration quietly reported an “undisclosed deficit” (through June 30, 2013) to the federal government.
However, Rep. Jon Richards released a statement 5 days ago revealing the details of the deficit. On Dec. 29, 2012, Walker administration secretary Mike Huebsch reported a $3 billion dollar deficit to the federal Department of Health and Human Services.

The letter stated that the deficit would run a full 18 months from Jan. 1, 2012 through Jun. 30, 2013!
Since Mr. Walker promised to balance the budget using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, every taxpayer should hold him accountable to these standards.
Please contact your state representatives and demand specific details of the deficit reported to the federal government.
