Community Partnership Workshop: Stress Managment

Join Momentum Early Learning and Sofia Majid-Swanton Sept 30 at 6:30 p.m. to learn about stress management techniques and resources. Sofia Majid-Swanson, Licensed Professional Counselor, will share her passion in stress reduction and new ways on how to deal with stress.
