Family Fun Abounds at Flabbergast For Kids!
Sussex indoor party and play facility offers wide variety of fun options for children.
So the kids are home from school, it’s too cold for them to play outside and they’re getting a little restless. What to do, what to do?
As a parent, you might want to consider taking the little ones over to This indoor children’s party venue opened its doors at W248 N5250 Executive Drive in Sussex about two and a half years ago and continues to grow in popularity.
“It’s a family entertainment center, an indoor playground,” said Dana Amstadt, one of the managers. “We’ve got five inflatables, a huge climbing structure and a 50-piece arcade. The kids like to come here and jump around and play with their friends and family. We have all-day play every day and we also host birthday parties for families.”

“Obviously, cold weather and kids off from school do us well,” said Amstadt. “We’re very clean and very secure. We sanitize our facility every day and our security monitors people very closely as they come and go.”
While Flabbergast, which employs about 30 people, bills itself as a great party venue for youngsters, its doors are also open for walk-ins who just want to come in, play and have some fun.
“This year, we also have a New Year’s Eve party on December 31st from 6-8pm and the public is invited,” said Amstadt.”It will feature our black lights and we’ll have a countdown starting at 7 p.m.”
Though Flabbergast has only been open for a relatively short time, Amstadt says the business has done well in Sussex and has much to offer to other communities in the area.
“Sussex is very nice,” said Amstadt. “Obviously, it’s a great and welcoming because we reach out not only Sussex but also to Pewaukee and the Lake Country area as well. So it’s nice to see all of the familiar faces that walk through our doors.”
