On Jan. 30, the victim contacted Waukesha County sheriff’s deputies after she noticed two rings were missing inside her home in the W24100 block of Main Street. She told deputies she suspected her boyfriend in the theft.
She confronted Rodriguez about the theft and he admitted to taking the rings and pawning them at a jewelry store on Mitchell Street. He then went to the store and got the rings back and gave them back to the victim.
