Join Mothers & More in learning the Korean martial arts known as Tae Kwon Do, from black belt Christine Lee, daughter of Grandmaster JK Lee and principal instructor at the JK Lee dojo in Waukesha. We will learn martial arts disciplines such as: stretching, self-defense, focus and breathing, all while getting a great work out! Wear comfortable loose clothing and gym shoes. Water and light refreshments will be provided. All Moms welcome! Mothers & More Chapter meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of every month at Christ the King Lutheran Church (group is not religiously affiliated). We hope to see you there!
