Photo Gallery: Halloween Decorations Around Sussex

Between the costumes, decorations and parties, the most people ever recorded are planning on celebrating Halloween this year, according to the National Retail Federation.

And it's clear Sussex residents are following suit. People have already begun decking their lawns with outrageous and spooky decorations in preparation for the holiday. The community's official trick-or-treating time starts at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29.

An estimated seven out of 10 people across the U.S. plan on clebrating Halloween, and each person will spend an average of $72.31, up more than six dollars than last year. Total Halloween spending is estimated to reach $6.86 billion.
