Village Board Meeting Cancelled Due to Clerical Error
Start time for Tuesday's meeting was omitted, so leaders reschedule meeting for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The Sussex Village Board meeting was cancelled Tuesday after the agenda posted for the meeting failed to list the start time of the meeting.
Village President Greg Goetz said the meeting needed to be cancelled because the lack of a time for the meeting could violate open meetings laws.
The meeting has been rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in order to meet the 24 hour notice period for posting meetings.
