Village Of Sussex : Assessor To Begin Field Work

Associated Appraisal Consultants will begin visiting properties in the Village for several weeks starting the week of February 21 for the purpose of updating property records and establishing equitable assessments as of January 1st. They will take exterior pictures and measure buildings. Before starting field visits, Associated Appraisal mails a notification letter to the owner of each property they will visit. 

All Associated Appraisal staff carry photo identification and drive a red vehicle displaying the Associated Appraisal company name. Learn more about the assessment process.
