• Roncalli/Two Rivers Girls Tennis Takes Two of Three in Sheboygan (seehafernews.com) — Two Rivers tennis fans can celebrate a strong weekend for the Roncalli/Two Rivers girls team, which earned two 5-2 wins at a Sheboygan North invitational. With standout undefeated performances in No. 1 singles and No. 2 doubles, the co-op now heads into its final regular-season match with momentum and plenty for local supporters to cheer about.
• Starbucks closing three Wisconsin stores as part of nationwide cuts (jsonline.com) — Two Rivers coffee drinkers will soon lose their local Starbucks, as the company shutters underperforming locations nationwide, including stores in Madison, Milwaukee, and Two Rivers. The local shop, open for about two years, already has a closure notice posted, though employees are being offered transfers or severance while Starbucks simultaneously opens and renovates other locations across North America.
