Here's your complete guide to Waukesha's 2017 Oktoberfest. First Pour is Sep. 22!

WAUKESHA, WI — Come for “Bier, Freunde und Fun!

The Waukesha Oktoberfest in Frame Park is Fri., Sept. 22 and Sat., Sept. 23. will feature nonstop music, food, and Sprecher products in Frame Park.

Waukesha's Oktoberfest will kick off on Fri., Sept. 22 with the “tapping of the Firkin” at 5:00 p.m. hosted by Sprecher Brewing Company and the Honorable Mayor Shawn Reilly.

Purchase your food & beverage tickets online prior to the event to avoid waiting in line. Tickets are available in $20, $40 & $60 increments.Tickets will be available for pick up at the event "Will Call" window.

The tickets will be under your name and a picture ID will be needed to pick them up. Online ticket sales will end at Noon, Friday, Sept. 22nd and will re-open Saturday, Sept. 23rd, Midnight - Noon.

Oktoberfest FAQs

ID Requirements/Age Limits:

City of Waukesha Oktoberfest is free and open to the public. Anyone wishing to purchase and/or consume beer must be aged 21 or better, have identification, and purchase a wristband for $2.

Parking:

  • Schuetze Recreation Center, 1120 Baxter St.
  • Playground near Frame, Frame Park Dr.
  • Upper Formal Gardens, Frame Park Dr.
  • East Alternative School, 1150 Whiterock Ave
  • Renaissance Manufacturing Group Parking Lot, 1401 Perkins Ave (Street parking is also available in the area)

Shuttle Information:

New this year, two Waukesha Oktoberfest Shuttles will be available. Park at one of the following locations and hop the shuttle to Oktoberfest at Frame Park.

  • Waukesha County Courthouse parking lot (across from 515 Moreland Blvd.)
  • Waukesha Transit Center (212 E. St. Paul Avenue)

The shuttles will pick-up/drop-off every 15 minutes on Friday, from 4:30-10:30pm (last trip from Frame Park) and Saturday, from 2:00-10:30pm (last trip from Frame Park). The Frame Park drop-off/pick-up point will be on Baxter Street, near Whiterock Avenue.

Prohibited Items:

Please leave any pets at home along with any beverages.

Cake?

At 3:00pm on Saturday, and with the help of the Mayor, Sweet Perfections Bake Shoppe will unveil their amazing creation of a 3-tiered Oktoberfest-themed cake for the event. They’ll slice up the cake and provide free slices to the first 400.

Oktoberfest T-Shirt?

The Waukesha Police Explorers Post #178 will be selling 2nd Annual Waukesha Oktoberfest t-shirts and earn some funds for selling the shirts.
