2018 Halloween Waukesha Trick-Or-Treat Date, Times

WAUKESHA, WI -- It will soon be time to gather up your little ghosts and ghouls and head out for trick-or-treating.

Here are Waukesha's Trick or Treat times for 2018:

Saturday, Oct. 27

Downtown Waukesha Trick or Treat: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 31

Town of Waukesha: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

City of Waukesha: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Be sure to have an extra safe Halloween this year by remembering these trick-or-treat tips:

• Young children should always be accompanied by an adult
• Never trick or treat alone
• Wait to eat any candy until you get home and can check it over
• Walk on sidewalks where available
• Cross the street at corners or in a crosswalk and don't run
• Carry a flashlight
• Visit only houses where the lights are on
