319 Residents Without Power In City Of Brookfield

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — Waukesha County experienced another power outage on Thursday afternoon. Some 319 residents in the City of Brookfield were without power as of 2:30 p.m., according to a We Energies spokesperson.

"We do have crews in the area working to restore power. The cause is unknown at this time and is under investigation. We appreciate our customers patience as we work to restore their power," Amy Jahns, senior communications specialist, said.

Severe thunderstorms rolled across Wisconsin from north to south last week causing massive outages in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties.
