Cell Phone Struggle on Main St.  Police were called to Waukesha Wireless just before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday on a disorderly conduct report. When police arrived on-scene minutes later, they learned that management wanted an unhappy customer removed after the customer reportedly became upset over a disagreement regarding the warranty of his cell phone. Police advised the man on his behavior and he was moved along.   Accident on Summit  A black truck and a blue van were reportedly involved in an auto accident on the 1800 block of Summit Ave. just after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Police and fire responded to the scene, and one patient was transported to the hospital after stating they had back pain.
