Waukesha police responded to the 1300 block of Fleetfoot Drive at 2 a.m. Thursday on a report of a noise complaint.
When police arrived, they were advised that after they left the residence at 10 p.m., a bonfire in their back yard got "two times bigger" and the people talking got louder.
Police determined that the noise level was not unreasonable, but the fire was burning contrary to ordinances and was put out.

Waukesha police responded to the 500 block of E. College Ave. on a report of disorderly conduct.
According to police, a man was reportedly intoxicated and yelling at his neighbor during an unspecified dispute. The man tried to leave the driveway on his motorcycle, however reportedly fell off as a result of being intoxicated, reports stated.
The man was taken into custody just before 11 p.m. on a disorderly conduct charge.
