View the world from the petal of a flower! Led by photographer Bill Meyer, we will learn how to capture the beauty of blossoms using natural light and explore close-up photography of flowers. A field trip to a local garden center will offer participants the chance to photograph flowers in both greenhouse and outdoor settings. Students will start with a classroom presentation of photographs as examples of various techniques that can be used during our field trip to photograph flowers. A close-up (macro) lens, or close-up attachments for your current lenses would be useful, but not mandatory for this workshop. Review and critique images in our last class.
Dress appropriately for the field trip; it is outdoors.
