There are so many fun, exciting things that are happening to benefit HAWS in February!
- This Saturday, February 13th our Friends of HAWS is having its annual Have-A-Heart bake sale from 9-3. Stop by the shelter and pick up some sweets for your sweetie - pet OR person!
- Also on the 13th come to Central Bark Sussex and join HAWS from 10-12 to play away the winter blues. For a $5 (per dog) donation your pooch can whoop it up at this phenomenal facility and make new friends in a controlled environment. This is a great way to meet some HAWS adoptables, socialize your dog and let them get exercise while supporting your local animal shelter
- Saturday, February 20th Willows Gallery (W359 N5920 Brown Street, Oconomowoc, and WI) is holding their Artisan Chili Throw Down from 11-4
- Sunday, February 21st-Dog Day at the Milwaukee Admirals 3-6pm. HAWS again joins the annual Pups and Pucks fest! Watch the Admirals take on the Iowa Wild and bring Fido with you! Guests are invited to bring their dog to watch the game with them. The Mobile team will also be there with adoptables in the West Atrium before the game, and there may even be a visit from Lucky, the HAWS’ mascot!
- Saturday, February 27th, Media Sale- the Friends of HAWS present their annual sale of gently-used CDs, DVDs, books, magazines, video games and more! Most items less than $2 - stock up and support the HAWS cause!
