β€œWe are excited to host the β€˜Field of Honor’ and to share with the community this opportunity to honor a loved one,” said Joanna Adamicki, special events coordinator. β€œMany flags have been purchased to recognize loved ones and I am hoping we can fill the area with hundreds of flags.”
The large flags will be displayed atop nearly eight-foot poles, each with a dedication attached. Visitors will be able to walk the field and view the flags.

Flags may be purchased to honor: Active Duty Military members; Fallen Servicemen and Servicewomen; Veterans; First Responders; or personal Heroes. After the event, flags and their dedications will be available for pick up or delivery so they may continue to be flown in a place of honor or be presented to the honoree.
