Food Truck Festival In Waukesha Announced: Here Are The Trucks!

Happy Dough Lucky, Macarollin' Food Truck and the Blue Cow Creperie are just a few of the trucks who will be there!

WAUKESHA, WI — The second-annual Milwaukee Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival Coming to the Waukesha County Expo Center on May 26, 2018 from noon to 5 p.m.

While some of Wisconsin’s most popular food trucks dish out fan favorites, craft ales and beers will be available for sale. There will also be live music, lawn games to enjoy, and an artisan market where local artists will showcase their work.

In addition to the food, beer, and things to do, first responders – police, fire and EMTs get in for free this year. “It’s the least we can do for all they do for us,” says Anne-Marie Aigner, founder of Food Truck Festivals of America. “We salute them!”

As for the trucks, there will be 30 local and national trucks serving up everything from savory eats to sweet treats.

Here are a few of the gourmet trucks who will be serving up their best cuisines at the festival on Saturday.

  • Pig Tailz – Bacon Wrapped Hotdogs
  • Wok n Roll by Bamboo – Asian Cuisine
  • Blue Cow Creperie – Savory & Sweet Crepes
  • Macarollin’ Food Truck – Gourmet Mac & Cheese
  • La Guacamaya – Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, & Mexican Corn
  • Happy Dough Lucky – VIP truck serving up fresh mini doughnuts

Ticket Information

General admission tickets will be available for purchase in advance online for $5, or at the gate for $10. Children 12 and under are free.
