Healthy Living With Diabetes
In this 6 week workshop participants learn how to control their diabetes with symptom management, monitoring, nutrition and exercise. Participants also learn how to talk with health care providers and others to improve their health.

-Better health and a sense of confidence in managing their Diabetes
-Improvements in blood sugar levels
-Decrease in health distress and hypo/hyperglycemia
Fewer doctor and emergency room visits and fewer hospitalizations
Healthy Living with Diabetes is a 6 week program. Classes are held on Saturday's beginning in September.
Light Breakfast snacks will be served. Space is limited
