Honor Flight Exhibit Open Until Friday In Waukesha

More than 200 photos of veterans young and old are on display. People can also write letters to vets and sign up for a future Honor Flight.

WAUKESHA, WI -- A tribute to veterans young and old is currently on display at the Steinhafels location in Waukesha through Friday.

From now until Friday, Jan. 4, the Waukesha Steinhafels at W231 N1013 County Highway F, has an exhibit of more than 200 photos of veterans young and old who have participated in Honor Flights to Washington D.C. More than 800 people made the trip to Washington D.C. via the Honor Flight program to see historic war memorials.

According to a CBS 58 report, people who see the exhibit can write their own letters to military veterans. In addition to having the chance to write letters, people can sign up for a future Honor Flight.
