Man Thought Woman Intentionally Hit Him In Walmart Lot

WAUKESHA, WI — A Walmart shopper pushing his cart through the parking lot had his cart struck by the driver of a gray Nissan Wednesday night, and insisted to police that the driver intended to hit him.

Police responded to the scene just after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday on a report that the man had actually been hit by the driver of the car. The man, upset by this, physically blocked her vehicle from leaving the parking lot until after police arrived.

When police investigated, they determined that the female driver was saying thank you to Walmart staff when she unintentionally struck the man's shopping cart - noting that she did not actually strike the man.

According to police reports, the man declined medical treatment and was borderline disorderly at the scene as it was being cleared.
