Milwaukee Weather Flirted With 128-Year Old Record Low

The mercury will rise again, starting Monday, approaching some sense of normalcy. (Whatever that might be for Spring in Wisconsin).

MILWAUKEE — Saturday's low temperature dropped to 40 degrees, well above the record low of 31 degrees, set in 1895, but Sunday was not so hot. The low temperature for Sunday was 36 degrees, which was two degrees above the record low of 34 degrees, set in 1888.

The encouraging news is that next week, starting Monday, the mercury will rise again, approaching some sense of normalcy. (Whatever that might be for spring in Wisconsin, that is.)
