Waukesha police responded to the 400 block of Madison st. just after 6 p.m. on a report of an intoxicated person.
According to police, a 55-year-old male fell and hit his head and was reportedly intoxicated.
When police arrived a short time later, they determined the man was not alert, and suffered the apparent injury. He was taken into custody a short time later.

Motorist Puts Other Driver in Apparent Choke Hold

Several motorists called in an apparent road rage incident that turned into a fight near the intersection of W. St. Paul Ave. and N. Prairie Ave. just before 11:30 a.m. Thursday.
According to multiple reports called into police, a silver Camaro reportedly cut off a company truck. The incident resulted in both vehicles parked in the street and an apparent fight resulted, in which one witness stated that one male had the other in a choke hold for a short time.
When police arrived on the scene, both subjects were gone.
