
Gloria Wagner, of Waukesha, died Saturday, Feb.11, 2012, at the age of 72.
She was the only child born to Frank and Mary (nee: Pedi) Culotta in Chicago on May 24, 1939. Gloria worked as a teacher for Heyer Elementary School for nearly four decades. She spent many years teaching sixth grade and most recently taught fourth grade. Gloria was active in many aspects of the school and an integral part of Heyer. She was a charter member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Gloria had many friends in and around Waukesha and knew someone everywhere she went.
Gloria will be sadly missed by her loving daughters: Carolyn (Judy Harvey) Wagner of Waukesha; Diane (Michael) Wagner-Feight of Waukesha; Michele (Matthew) Habermehl of Simi Valley, CA and Joann (Guy) Holling of Waukesha. She was the dear grandmother of Haley & Hayden Whettam, Kayleigh Habermehl, Sam Holling and great grandmother to Ahleah Torres. Gloria is further survived by her cousin Richard “Pete” (Sharon) Pedi of Des Plaines, IL and her Heyer School “family”. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, from 4 p.m. until the 6:30 p.m. vigil prayers at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2400 Highway 59 in Waukesha. Visitation will continue at St. John Neumann on Friday, Feb. 17, from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral Mass. Entombment will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
