Tyler J. Herzog of Menomonee Falls, is at rest and completely healed in heaven. Tyler passed away Wed., Feb. 8, 2012 at the age of 25.
He is survived by loving parents Julie Berg and Terry Herzog, siblings Dustin Herzog, Amber Herzog and Gavin Bartelt, grandparents Eugene and Doreen Berg and Carla Herzog (preceded in death by Warren Herzog). He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends, including Amanda, Greg, and John.
A celebration of Tyler’s life will be held on Mon., Feb 13, from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Elmbrook Church (North entrance) 777 S. Barker Rd. in Brookfield. Funeral service begins at 4:30 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date at Wisconsin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, are welcome.
