Police Called after Waukesha Woman Tries to Buy $8,000 in Merchandise at Kohl's
A customer at Kohl's Department store just kept adding more and more items at the cash register - and things were getting weird.

WAUKESHA -- A female customer at the Waukesha Kohl's Department store just kept adding more and more items at the cash register - and things were getting suspicious.
When all was said and done, the tried to buy approximately $8,000 in store merchandise. There were only two problems, as 1) she already "racked up the maximum transaction amount the store allowed," and 2) her debit card had a maximum spending amount of $2,000.
According to the police report, and on-duty manager called an off-duty manager during the incident asking for advice on the observation that a "rough looking" female was in the store for an extended period of time, and kept bringing more and more merchandise to the register.

Police were called to the scene just before 11 p.m. Monday and quelled the suspicious situation, advising the woman to purchase items in smaller quantities before she was moved along.
