i have a ?-does anyone remember litigation on behalf of merchants who accepted visa/m-c/etc. that was supposed to be decided possibly by fall of 2013-if you had accepted cards for payment ? for a specified period of time. We all received letters &  I have heard nothing further.Thank-you,Kim
