WAUKESHA, WI — President Donald Trump is making an appearance at the Waukesha County Technical College Tuesday as he crisscrosses the country to speak about workforce development issues. According to the White House, Trump's remarks are scheduled to go live at 3:10 CDT.
But let's not kid ourselves, people. Tuesday's presidential visit may have something to do with getting companies the qualified workers they seek, but it's also paired with an event that has a lot to do with cold, hard cash.
That's because after the event at the publicly funded university, Trump heads to a lucrative closed-door fundraiser for Gov. Scott Walker's reelection campaign. Walker will be there to share the stage. First Daughter Ivanka Trump and Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta will also be in attendance at the Waukesha County Technical College event.
