Public Invited To Discuss Moorland Road Intersection Plans
Officials say the project extends approximately 0.25 miles from just north of the I-43 ramps to just north of Beloit Road.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — Waukesha County is hosting a public meeting to over repairs and design changes to the intersection of Moorland Rd. and Beloit Rd. in New Berlin on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018.
The meeting will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the New Berlin Public Library,15105 W Library Lane in New Berlin.
Officials say the project extends approximately 0.25 miles from just north of the I-43 ramps to just north of Beloit Road. Construction is tentatively scheduled for 2020.

Representatives from Waukesha County and their design consultant, raSmith, will be available to introduce the project team, discuss the project, answer questions, and gather input and comments from the public.
Exhibits will be on display showing roadway layout proposals. The meeting will be open-house format with no formal presentation.

Officials say that people with a concern for, or knowledge of, historical or archaeological resources, drainage problems, or environmental issues, such as hazardous waste and underground storage tanks, are encouraged to attend this meeting and provide information to the project team.
