Second Jimmy Johns Sub Shop Eyed For Waukesha
A developer is trying to bring a second Jimmy John's sub shop to Waukesha, but first he has to clear an important legal hurdle. Details here

WAUKESHA, WI -- Waukesha could see a new Jimmy John's sub shop open on W. Sunset Drive, however the owner of the property where the restaurant would be situated would need to clear a legal hurdle with town officials first.
According to a GMToday report, Tim Larsen, owner of The Shops at Sunset, he wants to put a Jimmy John's at his strip mall, but would need to negotiate with Town of Waukesha officials to lift a restriction on drive-through windows.
Larsen said he felt confident he can get the town approvals he needs to get the project started. “We intend to be able to comply with whatever requirements (the town) may ask of us,” Larsen said in a GM Today report. “We’re cautiously optimistic that there is a pathway for getting this done.”
