Spurs Saloon in Waukesha to Become Sobelman's Pub and Grill

WAUKESHA -- Milwaukee restaurant chain Sobelman's is opening up a burger joint in downtown Waukesha.

According to information posted on the Sobelman's Facebook page today, the restaurant chain struck a deal with current owners of Bosco's Social Club and Spurs Saloon in downtown Waukesha.

According to Sobelman's the Spurs location on Williams Street (steeped in Waukesha history, a former train depot livery) will be the new Sobelman's Pub & Grill-Waukesha when it opens later this year.
