WAUKESHA -- The landlord of a female tenant - who has a relationship history as well as a child together - got into a complicated situation after he became an unwelcome guest after walking into her apartment.According to the report, the female and the landlord, who are reportedly friends of 16 years, and her son lives with the landlord in the same building. They have always left the basement doors open, and have access to both halves of the residence. On Sunday, the landlord came in and the female was on the phone with the caller, who is the father of the two children that live here. Police were told that the female and another man are in a relationship again as of recently, and so they do not want to allow the landlord to enter the home without permission anymore. According to the report, the landlord was advised of this as well and was somewhat confused, as it hasn't been a problem for several years, but was told if he enters without permission going forward, it would be trespassing and he was very cooperative and understood. The landlord and the female were given options.
